Ian Scott have acquired the shop at 15 Lower Clapton Road, formerly occupied by Tote Bookmakers, on a new 5 year lease at £14,500 pax on behalf of Meade’s Florist. Meade’s Florist has been resited from their old premises at 94 Morning Lane, which has been surrendered back to the landlord as part of the redevelopment of this area for the Hackney Fashion Hub scheme.
