On behalf of luxury womenswear brand Vanessa G, Ian Scott have acquired a new lease at 55 Conduit Street, Mayfair. A 6 month rent free period was achieved, in an area where leases are normally changing hands for 6 to 7 figure premiums. Conduit Street is set to be Vanessa G’s first UK flagship store, with existing stores being based in South Africa.  The store is located a moment away from the likes of Dior, Vivienne Westwood, Yohji Yamamoto, Donna Karan, Rigby & Peller and D Squared.
