Retail Property on Mount Street

What once was considered to be nothing but a through street from Park Lane to Berkeley Square, Mount Street has swifty become a sought after destination for luxurious retailers.

It is no longer just Knightsbridge and Bond Street that the tourists and natives flock to for their luxury fix.

After recent works by the Grosvenor Estate and Westminster Council to successfully widen the pavements, Mount Street has seen an influx of prestigious brands demanding a piece of the street’s retail space. Many designer names are breaking the mould and opening shops on Mount Street to create a destination where their customer’s can shop and dine within a stone’s throw of each other.

Mount street and its surrounding streets currently boast brands such as Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs, Loewe Lanvin, Carolina Herrera, Roland Mouret, Jenny Packham, Nicholas Kirkwood, Oscar de la Renta, Celine, Bremont, William & Son, Michel Perry, Paule Ka and Christian Louboutin.

And Ian Scott International is proud to announce the impending arrival of Parmigiani Fleurier after acquiring the lease for them on No. 97.

One of the reasons these brands are heading to Mount Street is to position themselves a little further away from the maddening crowd that is synonymous with places like Bond Street.

This air of prestige and exclusivity holds the key to why Mount Street is in such high demand.
