Rent Review, Karaoke Box, Smithfield Street EC1

Ian Scott International’s Mike Sheridan has successfully settled an oustanding rent review for our client Karaoke Box on their premises on Smithfield Street, EC1. With the passing rent set at £100,000 per annum, the landlord was seeking to increase to £140,000 per annum post review. After Mike’s invaluable advice we are pleased to announce that a settlement was agreed with no increase.
