Our clients’ Hedonism Wines launch ‘Hide’, this year’s biggest restaurant opening in Mayfair

Ian Scott International are very proud to announce that our clients’ Hedonism Wines, have unveiled their masterpiece restaurant at 85 Piccadilly, Mayfair, London called ‘HIDE’. We acquired the property for Hedonism, when it was three separate premises. Ian Scott also successfully acquired headquarters offices for Hide at 81 Piccadilly. Planning permission was then achieved to combine the previous basement D2 nightclub, ground floor brasserie and first floor restaurant, into a single A3 premises of approximately 12,500 sq ft (1,161 sq m). Our clients have since, with the help of an award-winning design team, utterly transformed the property, into a word-class and unique restaurant. The partnership between Hedonism Wines, Michelin Starred Chef Ollie Dabbous and Mixologist par Excellence Oskar Kinberg, is nothing short of ‘pure genius’.
