Acting on behalf of our clients Oud Milano, a leading Italian brand of cosmetics, make-up and skin care products, we have acquired the former Thorntons flagship store at 353 Oxford Street in London. The premises are situated on a prime trading location close to the entrance to Bond Street tube station and opposite to Debenhams.
Ian Scott International negotiated a new 15 year lease at a market rent and simultaneously, we negotiated a premium sum with Thorntons, for their lease to be surrendered to the Landlord.
Oud Milano was first launched in 2015 at via Belfiore in Milan, Italy. It is a new high-end cosmetics concept, similar to the likes of Kiko and Mac. The company has ambitious plans to acquire additional stores across prime Central London high streets, as well as prime city centre stores across Europe.
