Ian Scott International have been appointed as the new asset managers and lettings agent for the Market walk Shopping Centre in Northampton, by Bursha Group.
Market Walk, formerly known as Peacock Place, comprises 65,000 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation in the heart of Northampton Town Centre. The centre benefits from a prominent position with extensive frontage on Abington Street and onto the famous Market Square. The centre is currently anchored by Next, Dorothy Perkins and Evans, and includes a healthy mix of both independent and multiple retail and leisure operators.
