Ian Scott International have successfully represented Mackintosh Ltd in negotiating a lease renewal of their shop at 19 Conduit Street W1 where a new 5 year term inside the Landlord & Tenant Act was agreed with their landlord ( Balkan Travel Ltd ) at a revised rent of £271,000 per annum exclusive effective January 2017.
