Karaoke Box

Acting on behalf of our clients Karaoke Box, Ian Scott has acquired 5,550 sq ft of prime leisure space in Birmingham’s premiere licenced quarter, close to Brindley place and The Mailbox. The acquisition was Karaoke Box’s first foray outside London, with existing clubs in Soho, Mayfair and Farringdon.
