Ian Scott International are delighted to have successfully agreed the sale of the former Stanbridge Earls School in Romsey, Hampshire to Audley Retirement on behalf of our client the San Sheng Trust. Audley Retirement have submitted plans to redevelop the majority of the site into luxury retirement housing, retaining the listed and original buildings. Ian Scott previously acquired the property for the Trust in the Summer of 2014 as part of their plan to establish an international education programme.
