We negotiated a new lease from Landlords St Modwen, that included a significant capital contribution and rent free period. The property is in a very prominent position next to TK Maxx and Tesco and opposite to Premier Inn and Creams Café (also acquired by Ian Scott), with Wembley Central tube station a moment away.
