HISTORICAL DEAL
This is one of Ian Scott International’s first retail deals, and not a bad one to get the ball rolling. The deal involved the acquisition of the long leasehold interest on behalf of our client Slater Walker Securities. We then successfully let the retail premises to Waring & Gillows Ltd.
Further down the line, the retail element was assigned to Hamley’s, who remain in occupation to this day.
