Ian Scott have successfully acquired Burgerfi’s second property.
Burgerfi have well and truly landed in London’s west end with this wonderful new restaurant in Bloomsbury. The restaurant extends to 3,666 sq ft and benefits from 64 ft wide triple fronted windows. The location is just off Russell Square, with University College London and the Brunswick shopping centre nearby. The restaurant has direct access into the Royal National Hotel, which is the largest hotel in the UK, benefitting from 1,630 rooms!
Ian Scott negotiated a new 15 year lease at a competitive rent, with 6 months rent free plus significant Landlord works to the property.
