THE BENTALL CENTRE SERVES UP MAISON DU MEZZE

Our Clients, Maison Du Mezze, the Lebanese and Middle Eastern casual cuisine restaurant that has an emphasis on healthy eating, have opened its first restaurant outside of central London at the Bentall Centre.

Maison Du Mezze occupy a 1,300 sqft unit on the 1st floor of the centre with a 70 seat casual dining restaurant and serving food daily from breakfast through to dinner.

Simon Green, Director at Aviva Investors Real Estate, commented: “This letting to Maison Du Mezze is a continuation of our strategy to ensure the asset is aligned with customers’ needs and our aim to develop an unrivalled retail and dining destination and will also complement the recently announced letting to Curzon Cinemas for a five screen boutique cinema”.

Ayman Jaber from Maison Du Mezze, commented: “As a premium retail destination with a rapidly growing leisure offering, The Bentall Centre was an obvious choice for our second restaurant. Our casual dining offering, unique setting and delicious mix of Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine will bring something totally unique to Kingston and will sit perfectly with the growing offering and variety the centre is offering.”

The Bentall Centre opened in 1992 in the heart of Kingston and today is a prime retail destination for the town with an annual footfall of over 13.4 million shoppers. The centre comprises over 80 units arranged over four trading levels and 640,000 sq.ft. The centre is anchored by a 365,000sq. ft  Bentall Department Store (part of the Fenwick Group).
