Discount chain ‘Mighty Pound’ have secured the large 5000 sq ft (approx) retail premises at 8-14 Seven Sisters Road, on a new 10 year lease at £90,000 per annum. The unit was let by Ian Scott’s Mike Sheridan and Nick Scott on behalf of our client Demar BVI Holdings. The deal includes approximately 4 months rent free.
