Acting on behalf of an in-house client ISI successfully concluded a deal with Scrivens Opticians on the Ground Floor & Basement shop only back in May 2017 on a new sub lease for a term expiring 01/2026 at a rent of £35,000 pax with a tenant break option in 01/2021 and providing 4 month’s rent free.
