We successfully agreed a ten year lease for Orlight who will use this premises as a showroom and studio for their state of the art lighting products and designs. Orlight are one of the UK’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of LED and architectural lighting, supplying electrical wholesalers and home builders across the UK.
