After being introduced to this project many years ago by a long established client, Ian Scott have acted and advised on multiple deals to help create the canvass for their masterplan of this complete regeneration. The state-of-the-art development will consist of a world class marina (427 berths), new homes (The Moorings – for sale and to rent), The Hyatt Regency Spa & Conference Hotel, a medical hub and numerous neighbourhood shopping amenities. There will also be residential retirement apartments available at Royal Wharf.
