Acting on behalf of The Scream Gallery, Ian Scott have successfully assigned their lease at 27-28 Eastcastle Street to G.F Smith & Son. G.F Smith & Son are the Rolls Royce of paper smiths established since 1885.
The property consisted of 3,670 sq ft of prime showroom space, making it one of the most prominent showrooms in Fitzrovia. G.F Smith paid an undisclosed premium for the leasehold interest, the deal also involved Ian Scott having to rapidly settle the outstanding rent review (to satisfy all parties). The company will be launching their first Brand Experience Gallery. G.F Smith have over 1500 premium brand clients in Central London alone and they will use the space to inspire and educate the likes of Burberry, Mulberry, Gucci, Maybourne Hotel Group and White Company to name a few.
