Ian Scott International successfully sold the freehold to 129-135 Oxford Street, one of Oxford Street’s prime and historic mixed-use blocks on behalf of a private client. The sale also included 201 Wardour Street and 53-54 Berwick Street.
The retail element consisted of the London Flagship stores for Jessops, Vodafone and Virgin Media. The block also included Stringfellows Angels Gentlemans Club and Ilford House currently home to The Callan School, one of the largest language schools in Europe.
