Acting on behalf of a private investor client ISI have successfully re-let the former Maplin store at 12 – 14 Church Street Enfield comprising over 3,300 sq ft on ground floor and basement. The new tenant British Heart Foundation ( over 500 UK stores ) took a 10 year lease at an initial rent of £75,000 pax.
