Boots Flagship – 100 Oxford Street W1

Acting on behalf of Lazari Investments, Ian Scott have let 100 Oxford Street to Boots UK Ltd on a 15 year lease. The rent agreed was reserved at £605,000 per annum with the first three months to be rent free. The lease includes a tenant only break at the end of the tenth year.
