Acting on behalf of our clients Lazari Investments, Ian Scott are delighted to confirm that we have let 4,353 sq ft of prime restaurant space to Inamo in Mornington Crescent. The letting took place at 1 Hampstead Road, which is a new state-of-the-art, contemporary building adjoining Greater London House, directly opposite to Mornington Crescent Tube Station. The quoting rent was £125,000 per annum but we achieved such high levels of interest, that the agreed terms were at £140,000 per annum. The letting is a record for Mornington Crescent and it perfectly completes Greater London House, which is the premier office building in Camden.
After opening in Soho and Covent Garden, this will be the third branch for Inamo. The new site will have a fantastic outdoor garden (complete with a mobile Robata Grill) and rooftop terrace, as well as the restaurant’s trademark interactive system, which allows diners to customise everything from the table decoration to what you order. Eating in Inamo is what we imagine will be the norm in the restaurants of the future; food is ordered on a tablet, you can beam games onto your table and even watch the chefs working away in the kitchen!
