Acting on behalf of KF Properties, Ian Scott International have agreed a new letting of the retail element at 14 Maddox Street, London W1 to Aleen Sandwiches. They have agreed to let the unit on a new 15 year lease at a rent of £70,000 pax

Acting on behalf of Hiro Hair and Beauty, Ian Scott International have succesfully secured the retail unit at 63 Curzon Street on a new lease at a rent of £80,000 pax, to inlcude a period of 4 months rent free.

Ian Scott have recently completed the sale of the remaining lease held by Space NK at a passing rent of £115,000 pax to Group Zannier UK Ltd t/a Tartine et Chocolat for a premium of £155k.
