Stanbridge Earls School, Hampshire

On behalf of our investment client the San Sheng Trust, Ian Scott International have successfully acquired the freehold of the former Stanbridge Earls School premises from Smith and Williamson Administrators for a sum of £7,000,000. The property comprises 130,000 sq ft of various school buildings including an 18,000 sq ft Grade II listed Manor House.
