On behalf of Lazari Investments, Ian Scott have let 72 Baker Street to Pure. Pure took a new lease at a rent of £120,000 per annum with 5 months rent free. The letting effectively finalises the transformation of the block, after our clients’ multi-million pound refurbishment, that involved the re-installation of the art-deco exterior.
