92-94 Newman Street, Fitzrovia

On behalf of Lazari Investments, Ian Scott International has let the former underground car park at 92-94 Newman Street (just off Oxford Street) to Piquets, who are converting the space into a high-end restaurant. The former car park of circa 4,000 sq ft was let at market terms and involves a complete transformation of the property. Alan Pickett, former head chef at D&D’s Plateau restaurant and Canadian-born restaurateur Andre Blais (founder of Bodean’s BBQ Group) are joining forces to create a deluxe restaurant, that will fuse the cuisines of England and France.
