Acting on behalf of our clients Ocubis, Ian Scott International have successfully let 15 Babmaes Street in St James’s, to The Fitness Space. The previous empty gallery space next to Rio Tinto’s headquarters, has been utterly transformed to a state-of-the-art gym, by way of achieving change of use to D2. We were delighted to have achieved an excellent result for our clients, that has now brought life back to one of St James’s quietest quarters.
